Refund policy

Dear Valued Customers,

We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. Should you wish to return an item, our policy allows for returns within 7 days of the delivery date. 

The product must be returned in unused condition with the packaging and tags intact as on the time of delivery. Please contact our team through WhatsApp or Instagram message promptly with proof through pictures and/or an unboxing video, and they will guide you through the return process. Once returned and verified by our team, you can have any one of the following procedures applied to your purchase: 

1. Full Refund:

You can ask for a full refund for the amount you have paid for the product within 7 working days of the delivery date.

2. Exchange with Differential Adjustment

You may opt to exchange your purchase for a different item (for similar product exchange please refer to the replacement clause). In cases where the new selection incurs a price difference, we will inform you about the financial adjustment, ensuring a smooth exchange process. 

3. Gift Card

Alternatively, in return for any item, you can opt for getting a gift card of the same amount that you paid for the product. The gift card can be used any time for any purchase through our online store.  

4. Replace (only applicable to damaged/defective product)

If the product was found defective or damaged at the time of delivery, we offer a replacement service for the exact same product with a new one. However, please note that this is subject to the availability of the specific product, and our team will assist you in determining the best course of action. 

All actual delivery charges, return delivery charges, and new delivery charges (if applicable) shall be at the customer, where return (refund or exchange or gift) is initiated due to change of mind. 

All return delivery charges, and new delivery fee (if applicable) shall be on us, where return (refund or exchange or gift) is initiated due to product damage/defect.Â
